Your duties

Als Test- und Validation Techniker (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie die Entwicklung neuer Produkte durch die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests im elektronischen und mechanischen Umfeld. Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Projektmanagement zusammen und tragen maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung der Produktfunktion, -zuverlässigkeit und -sicherheit bei.

Testplanung & Vorbereitung:

  • Erstellung, Anpassung und Pflege von Testplänen und Testprozeduren
  • Aufbau von Testaufbauten, Prüfschaltungen und mechanischen Vorrichtungen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Mess- und Prüfmittel
    Durchführung von elektronischen und mechanischen Tests
  • Funktions-, Performance- und Lebensdauertests an elektronischen Baugruppen, mechatronischen Systemen und Mechaniken
  • Durchführung von Umwelt- und Belastungstests (Temperatur, Vibration, Feuchte, mechanische Lasten etc.)
  • Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting an elektronischen und mechanischen Komponenten
    Datenerfassung & Dokumentation
  • Auswertung von Messergebnissen und Erstellung detaillierter Testberichte
  • Dokumentation von Abweichungen, Fehlermeldungen und Beobachtungen im Testprozess
  • Unterstützung bei Root-Cause-Analysen und Validierungsdokumentation
    Zusammenarbeit & Abstimmung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Optimierung von Produkten und Testprozessen
  • Teilnahme an Design-Reviews und Validierungsbesprechungen

Your profile

Fachliche Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testen und Validieren elektronischer oder mechatronischer Systeme von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Messtechnik, Hochfrequenz, Schaltplänen, elektronischen Bauteilen sowie mechanischen Baugruppen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Messgeräten wie Multimeter, Oszilloskop, Datenloggern und Prüfständen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Softwaretools zur Datenerfassung oder Testautomatisierung wünschenswert

Persönliche Kompetenzen:

  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung mit MS Office Tools
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
