- People Management of the CAD tools & processes team
- Work with different functional areas and customers to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions
- Lead and coach the team in delivering improvements to our CAD tools and processes
- Hire new team members and develop the team towards independent, innovative and high-quality project execution
- Responsible for delivery against specific targets and assigned projects.

- Degree in electronics/electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with CAD design tools in product development
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Good team, communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer focus and structured, independent working style
- Advanced English and German language skills
- Proven ability to develop teams, foster individual talents and maintain a positive team spirit
