Your duties

Sie arbeiten als Ingenieur (m/w/d) für mechanische Konstruktion, Test und Systemintegration in unserer Hardware-Entwicklungsabteilung in Böblingen/Deutschland. Als Teil eines engagierten Teams entwickeln und optimieren Sie unser V93000-Halbleitertestsystem.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung komplexer mechanischer Komponenten und Lösungen zur Verbesserung des Testsystems oder der Testzellen
  • Erstellung von Konzepten und Umsetzung für Testzellen mit mechanischen, elektrischen, und elektro-optischen (Silicon-Photonics) Elementen
  • Beschaffung, Montage und Prüfung von Prototypen sowie Übernahme der Designverantwortung bis zur finalen Produktfreigabe
  • Elektrische und mechanische Messungen und Untersuchungen sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Durchführung von Zuverlässigkeitstests und Validierung neuer Entwicklungen zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Qualitätsstandards
  • Beschaffung, Montage und Prüfung von Prototypen sowie Übernahme der Designverantwortung bis zur finalen Produktfreigabe
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und externen Kunden und Partnern

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Mechanik-Konstruktion (vorzugsweise Siemens NX oder PTC Creo Elements/Direct Modeling) und PLM-Systemen (z. B. Windchill)
  • Erfahrung mit elektronischem Halbleitertest sowie Silicon Photonics
  • Erfahrung in mechanischen Mess- und Fehleranalysen, Toleranzanalysen, Zuverlässigkeitsuntersuchungen sowie FMEA
  • Erfahrung in der Projektplanung und -umsetzung
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowohl funktionsübergreifend als auch in einem interkulturellen Umfeld und über verschiedene Hierarchieebenen hinweg
  • Teamplayer mit einer praxisorientierten Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
