- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for PMO processes and toolchains
- Configure, customize, and optimize Jira and Confluence to support project and portfolio management workflows
- Create and maintain an PMO-AI strategy and AI use cases for the PMO Team and train the team
- Develop scripts, integrations, and connectors using REST APIs (Jira, Confluence, Office 365, etc.)
- Implement workflow automation across tasks and processes
- Maintain and enhance PMO tooling landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and usability
- Support users with tooling expertise, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance
- Collaborate with PMO, IT, and engineering teams to translate process flows into technical solutions
- Keep up to date with industry PMO tooling trends

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Experience in PMO environments, project management tooling, or enterprise tool administration is beneficial
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Advanced English and German language skills
- Experience with Office 365 automation & Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence)
- Experience with CoPilot, AI tooling
- Proficiency in scripting languages, Python preferred
