- Plan and coordinate hardware tests in collaboration with the internal customer
- Execute hardware tests according to approved procedures and schedules
- Set up, commission, and maintain test systems and laboratory infrastructure
- Evaluate, document, and release test results
- Perform root cause analyses for test deviations or failures
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable norms
- Collaborate with development, systems engineering, and project teams to support lab operations and resource planning

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable
- Several years hands-on experience in hardware testing, validation, or system level verification
- Advanced knowledge of test methodologies, measurement and test equipment, and development
- Good team, communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of automation hardware, data analysis tools or test result databases
- Advanced English and German language skills
