- Drive common architectural standards and effective re-use across the R&D organization to strengthen development efficiency.

Must Qualification
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven system architect experience in complex Hardware/Software systems
- Ability to understand and work in complex systems, familiarity with systems thinking
- Superior communication skills (cross hierarchy levels, cross-functional, cross-cultural)
- Ability to communicate own ideas clearly and present complex issues in a simple and understandable way.
- Provide strong leadership and mediation between different development teams
- Ability to simplify essential complexity without introducing accidental complexity
Want Qualification
- Good understanding of the semiconductor test market and related challenges
- Good understanding of the semiconductor test equipment hardware and usage
- Effective network and recognition in the semiconductor test market
- Ability to travel to other R&D development sites (e.g. Japan, US, other parts of Germany) to work with the project teams abroad (<5% of the time).
