Your duties

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d) you are responsible for processing payroll, pension and benefits for all our sites in Europe including:

Ensuring data delivery to service providers in time and with high data quality (incl. administration of respective tools and interfaces)
Implementing and processing regular checks and controls to ensure reliability and correctness
Managing of and working closely together with our external service providers
First point of contact and consultant for our employees and expats in Europe for all questions, inquiries and solutions relating to these topics, such as:
- Payroll (inquiries, questions, corrections, etc.)
- Pension plan and insurances
- Retirement
- Time accounts (e.g., value account)
- Administration, participation and consultation on our entire benefit portfolio
First point of contact and responsible for regular audits (internally and externally)
Drive process enhancements (operational excellence) in your area of responsibility and ensure proper documentation
Administration of our internal time-keeping system in Germany

Als Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/w/d) bist du für die Themenbereiche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, betriebliche Altersvorsorge sowie Sozialleistungen für alle unsere Standorte in Europa verantwortlich. Das umfasst u.a.:

Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Datenübermittlung an Dienstleister mit hoher Datenqualität (inkl. Administrierung der hierfür verwendeten Tools sowie Schnittstellen)
Implementierung und Durchführung regelmäßiger Prüfungen und Kontrollen zur Sicherstellung der Datenkorrektheit
Verwaltung von und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Dienstleistern
Erste Anlaufstelle und Beratung für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Expats in Europa für alle (An-) Fragen und Lösungen zu diesen Themen, wie z.B:
- Lohnabrechnung
- Altersvorsorge und Versicherungen
- Ruhestand
- Zeitkonten (z.B. Wertkonto)
- Verwaltung, Teilnahme und Beratung zu unserem gesamten Sozialleistungsportfolio
Erste Anlaufstelle und verantwortlich für regelmäßige Audits (intern und extern)
Vorantreiben von Prozessverbesserungen (Operational Excellence) in deinem Verantwortungsbereich und Sicherstellung der entsprechenden Dokumentation
Administration unseres internen Zeiterfassungssystems in Deutschland

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training and further training (business administrator or comparable qualification)
Good practical knowledge in the field of Payroll & Benefits and good process expertise
Good expertise and passion for process optimization, digitalization and operational excellence
Good analytical and solution architect expertise
Experience in project management
Integrity (e.g. in dealing with personal data)
Excellent knowledge of German and English
Hands-on mentality and proactive-self-reliant way of working
IT affinity and experience in using common MS Office applications

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Weiterbildung (Fachwirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
Gute praktische Kenntnisse im Bereich Payroll & Benefits und gute Prozesskenntnisse
Gute Expertise und Leidenschaft für Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und operative Exzellenz
Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Integrität (z.B. im Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten)
Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Hands-on-Mentalität und proaktive, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
IT-Affinität und Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
