As a Global Power User for Maestro, you are part of the Supply Chain team and play a pivotal role in shaping Advantest’s planning processes and how they are embedded in the data and technology landscape.

Your contribution

As part of the Supply Chain Operations and re-engineering projects, you will work shape how the Supply Chain planning processes are embedded inour global architecture at Advantest covering all business and functional units and their strategic needs
Act as a solution lead and consultant, partner effectively with business users to achieve the desired outcomes and design appropriate solutions
Develop and run a global scalable demand and supply planning platform and drive the implementation of a global S&OP process
Work with business experts across the globe to develop scalable solutions that serve global goals as well as local needs
Lead the required changes and support the business users on their adoption journey
Mediator between business user, IT and external consultants
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning business goals with business and technological capabilities
Act as a strategic advisor, partnering with business and IT leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and transformation
Understand business requirements and impact on architecture; develop E2E integrated solutions to fulfil requirements; advise how to address business needs using existing or required future architecture components; translate enterprise architecture aspects into meaningful, easy to understand, relevant information for the internal stakeholders
Analyze emerging trends and technologies, assess their potential impact, and recommend adoption strategies
Lead the design of an E2E scalable and modular integrated architecture to enable Advantest’s growth
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with business, process, data and solution architects as well as business partners to ensure architectural coherence
Establish and govern architecture standards and principles; process owner for Architecture Lifecycle
Facilitate and contribute to cross-functional governance for key decisions
Support the Business Process Re-engineering Transformation management team in holistic architectural reviews of cross functional projects

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or process transformation in a global, high-tech environment.
Experience working with TOGAF or Zachman; Lean Six Sigma & BPMN is a plus
Strong understanding of digital transformation and technology trends (e.g., digital sovereignty, data protection; IoT, AI, cloud); strong technical standing or IT background
Strategic mindset and ability to connect the dots across the whole company
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global context
Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders (at C-level)
