- Rechtliche Beratung der europäischen Advantest Gesellschaften im Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Gestaltung, Prüfung und Verhandlung nationaler und internationaler Verträge aus dem laufenden Unternehmensgeschäft und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachbereichen, insbesondere im Bereich Einkauf
- Unterstützung in gesellschaftsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten und Corporate Housekeeping, einschließlich der Vorbereitung gesellschaftsrechtlicher Beschlüsse für die europäischen Gesellschaften
- Identifikation, Analyse und praxisorientierte Lösung rechtlicher Fragestellungen mit einem ausgewogenen Blick für rechtliche Risiken, geschäftliche Anforderungen und umsetzbare Lösungen
- Entwerfen, Weiterentwickeln und Pflege von Vertragsvorlagen sowie Geschäftsbedingungen
- Durchführung von Rechtsschulungen für Fachabteilungen und Führungskräfte

Your profile
- Abschluss des 2. Juristischen Staatsexamens als Volljurist oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (LLM)
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrecht, idealerweise bereits einschlägige Schwerpunkte im Studium, Referendariat oder durch Praktika
- Erste relevante Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Wirtschaftsunternehmen oder einer internationalen wirtschaftsrechtlich ausgerichteten Anwaltskanzlei
- Internationale juristische Erfahrung und/oder Ausbildung sind von Vorteil
- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingende Voraussetzung.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, systematischer Arbeitsstil, Eigeninitiative und sicheres Auftreten
