- Auf- und Umbauen von Testsystemen und Prototypen
- Unterstützung der Entwicklungsabteilung bei elektrischen, elektromechanischen oder mechanischen Projekten
- Eigenständige Entwicklung von Test-Tools (SW) und Test-Aufbauten (HW)
- Test, Qualifizierung und Validierung von neuen Produkten, inklusive Aufbau, Durchführung und Dokumentation (z.B. Lebensdauertests)
- Unterstützung der Entwicklungsabteilungen im Bereich EMV (EMC) durch Vorbereitung, Aufbau und Begleitung der Messung. (CE Konformität)
- Ausführen der Diagnose und Kalibrierung der Advantest Systeme
- Wartung und Instandhaltung von Test-Zellen und Halbleiter-Testsystemen
- Durchführen von Fehlersuche und Reparaturen defekter Baugruppen

Your profile
- Studium Mechatronik / Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar (Bachelor/Master)
- Erfahrung im Prototypenbau: Mechanik, Elektrotechnik, 3D-Druck, Programmierung
- Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Elektronik und Bus-Kommunikation
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Versuchen und Lebensdauertests
- Elektronische Schaltplanerstellung und Simulation mittels CAD Tools (z.B. Siemens Xpedition Layout + Xpedition Designer, LTSpice)
- Mechanische Konstruktionskenntnisse mittels CAD Tools (z.B. PTC Creo Elements Direct Modeling)
- Löt- und Fertigungskenntnisse für elektrische. Schaltungen (PCB Layout + Bestückung)
- Erfahrung in Wartung und Betrieb von Advantest V93000 Test Systemen und mit dem LINUX Betriebssystem Red Hat
- Erfahrung in: MS Office Tools, PTC Windchill, WeShare und Jira-Ticket Systemen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten setzen wir voraus
