Salesforce Platform Architecture & Design
- Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), Revenue Cloud, and integrations.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce solutions, aligned with enterprise architecture standards. - Define Salesforce reference architectures, design patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, GDPR, and integration standards.
Functional leadership
- Drive and deliver the vision and roadmap for Business Partner Portals, including:
- Customer portals
- Supplier and partner portals
- B2B commerce and self-service experiences
- Define adoption, usability, and experience KPIs; continuously optimize customer and partner engagement.
Technical Leadership & Governance
- Act as technical authority for all Salesforce initiatives, including custom development (Apex, LWC, APIs).
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and external partners.
- Establish and enforce:
- Salesforce development standards
- CI/CD and release management practices
- Code quality, security, and documentation standards
- Lead architectural reviews and approve solution designs across projects
Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership
- Act as the primary Salesforce and portals advisor to business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT.
Lead requirement discovery workshops and translate outcomes into actionable solution designs.
Provide delivery oversight from concept to production and post‑go‑live optimization. - Support executive discussions with clear architectural narratives and business impact articulation.
