- Develop and implement robust global change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop a toolkit for change management for transformation projects that can be applied by the project managers for each project
- Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes
- Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as needed
- Lead stakeholder analysis and Communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-in
- Develop change impact assessment and training needs analysis. Implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change
- Coordinate with various departments globally to successfully implement changes on an international scale
