- Analyze the quality of existing products and define steps for continuous improvement
- Simulate and optimize hardware designs and concepts
- Support the development of analog and digital hardware for high-precision voltage and current source ATE measurement applications
- Perform prototype bring-up in the lab and conduct detailed characterization measurements
- Develop and apply basic software skills to operate hardware at a low level and enable automated measurements
- Deploy solutions to manufacturing and provide ongoing support to internal teams and customers

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong expertise in electronic design and simulation for analog and high-speed digital circuits
- Proficient in schematic entry and hands-on experience with analog/digital hardware simulation and design tools
- Basic programming skills in Python and/or C/C++ for hardware control and automation
- Understanding of statistical data analysis and evaluation
- Business-fluent German and fluent English communication skills
- Self-motivated, with a collaborative and solution-oriented working style
