Your duties

  • Responsible for material planning and procurement to ensure smooth and efficient material flow within the Field Service Supply Chain
  • Monitor material availability and coordinate internal distribution across relevant stakeholders and locations
  • Generate reports and analyze spare parts data to support accurate demand forecasting and improve decision-making
  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align supply planning with service requirements and operational priorities

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., in logistics, materials management, or procurement).
  • Good Language Skills in both English and German
  • Ability to work in an international environment where English is the primary language of communication.
  • IT Skills: Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with a strong ability to analyze data
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
