Payroll & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d)

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist you are responsible for processing payroll, pension and benefits for all our sites in Europe including:

• Ensuring data delivery to service providers in time and with high data quality (incl. administration of respective tools and interfaces)
• Implementing and processing regular checks and controls to ensure reliability and correctness
• Managing of and working closely together with our external service providers - First point of contact and consultant for our employees and expats in Europe for all questions, inquiries and solutions relating to these topics, such as:
  - Payroll (inquiries, questions, corrections, etc.)
  - Pension plan and insurances
  - Retirement
  - Time accounts (e.g., value account)
  - Administration, participation and consultation on our entire benefit portfolio
• First point of contact and responsible for regular audits (internally and externally)
• Drive process enhancements (operational excellence) in your area of responsibility and ensure proper documentation
• Administration of our internal time-keeping system in Germany

• University degree in business administration or comparable training, preferably with a focus on Payroll & Benefits
• Good practical knowledge in the field of Payroll & Benefits and good process expertise
• Good expertise and passion for process optimization, digitalization and operational excellence
• Good analytical and solution architect expertise
• Experience in project management
• Integrity (e.g. in dealing with personal data)
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Hands-on mentality and proactive-self-reliant way of working
• IT affinity and experience in using common MS Office applications
