- Entwerfen und Überarbeiten von Vertragsvorlagen

Your profile
- Abschluss des 2. Juristischen Staatsexamens als Volljurist oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (LLM)
- Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Wirtschaftsunternehmen oder einer internationalen wirtschaftsrechtlich ausgerichteten Anwaltskanzlei
- Internationale juristische Erfahrung und/oder Ausbildung, insbesondere im italienischen Recht sind von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sind zwingende Voraussetzung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, systematischer Arbeitsstil, Eigeninitiative und sicheres Auftreten
