- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Good Knowledge of C++ programming and an interest in object-oriented concepts.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- A passion for precision, with a proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
- Willingness to learn and develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with statistical methods (e.g., cpk, cp) is a plus, but not required—you’ll have the chance to learn on the job!
- Good written and spoken German / English knowledge
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and organized.
