As a Strategic Supplier Manager – Contract Manufacturer Higher Level Assemblies you will take end-to-end ownership of strategic supplier relationships and actively shape how suppliers contribute to business success. In this role, you drive value through strong governance, commercial leadership and close collaboration across functions while empowering your team to continuously improve and innovate.
- Strategic Supplier Management: govern relationships with suppliers along the full supplier lifecycle, define supplier strategies aligned with business, commodity and supply network objectives
- Commercial & Contract Management: lead long-term contract and agreement negotiations, drive value creation through cost optimization, innovation and collaboration
- Supplier Performance Management: establish and steer performance management., evaluate and mitigate supplier-related risks, lead corrective actions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: co-operate with Commodity Management, Quality and Product Management, align stakeholder on supplier strategy
- Continuous Improvement: drive CI initiatives with suppliers, define opportunities for innovation, multiple sourcing, supply base optimization, support supply chain resilience
- Set clear objectives, priorities and accountability within the team
