As Payroll & Benefits Specialist you are responsible for processing payroll, pension and benefits for all our sites in Europe including:
- Ensuring data delivery to service providers in time and with high data quality (incl. administration of respective tools and interfaces)
- Implementing and processing regular checks and controls to ensure reliability and correctness
- Managing of and working closely together with our external service providers - First point of contact and consultant for our employees and expats in Europe for all questions, inquiries and solutions relating to these topics, such as:
- Payroll (inquiries, questions, corrections, etc.)
- Pension plan and insurances
- Retirement
- Time accounts (e.g., value account)
- Administration, participation and consultation on our entire benefit portfolio - First point of contact and responsible for regular audits (internally and externally)
- Drive process enhancements (operational excellence) in your area of responsibility and ensure proper documentation
- Administration of our internal time-keeping system in Germany
