We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to support our global Sales team. In this role, you will act as the go-to person for our product configurator and collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, and Account Managers to ensure smooth internal processes and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a super user and expert for our product configurator
- First point of contact for Sales for support and training on configurator
- Driving/supporting definition/price/quotes for nonstandard configurations
- Work with R&D and Marketing on feasibility checks and solution design
- Test new configurator releases in case of changes, new products set up, etc → Support for Sales after release of new products in configurator
- Optimize and improve processes
- Coordinate and follow up on customer inquiries/activities
- Contact/support for account managers for quote requests, technical clarification of configuration
- Help prepare for customer projects, orders, and negotiations
- Assist in key customer meetings
- Support installed base tracking and demo/asset management
- Join customer visits together with Sales when needed and support them
