Business Development Manager - Performance Digital (m/f/d)

As a member of the V93000 Performance Digital (PD) Business Team you will closely work on cutting edge technology in close collaboration with the WW PD Business Lead, Regional Business Development teams, Expert PD Engineers (COEs), key WW Customer Teams, Product Marketing as well as R&D department, in a cross-functional environment. This is an ideal position for an Experienced Semiconductor Industry Leader or Senior Digital Application Engineer with strong marketing skills.
AI is driving the Networking segment to become one of the fastest growing and most strategic markets in the semiconductor industry. The primary function of this position is to develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market share by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting customer adoption of advanced ATE solutions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the worldwide business development strategy for the PD business with a focus on the Networking segment
• Analyze the PD market to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities; align Product Marketing and R&D on future solutions and the product roadmap
• Responsible for developing and executing strategies to protect and expand market share in collaboration with the PD Business Lead and Regional Business Development Leaders across the US, Europe, and Asia
• Coordinate regional PD Business Development teams by cascading global priorities and supporting regional execution with tailored strategies and customer-specific solutions
• Partner with PD Key Account teams and Regional Business Development Leaders to develop compelling customer value propositions
• Act as an entrepreneurial leader, driving worldwide PD business growth through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent English language & communication skills
• Demonstrated strong personal leadership in global organizations, excellent team player
• Experience in Marketing and/or Product Management (or an equivalent role); previous experience in Business Development is considered an advantage
• Experienced semiconductor industry leader in the digital domain, or a professional with at least 10 years of experience in electronic design, measurement, and ATE testing for digital semiconductor devices (e.g., APs, CPUs, GPUs, AI accelerators, HSIO, and SerDes
• Willing to challenge the status quo, think “out of the box”
• Willing to travel to US, EU and Asia on a quarterly basis
