We are looking for a Senior SW Automation Engineer (m/f/d) who will take ownership to further reduce test execution times and integration feedback loops for a large software system (C++/ Java) consisting of several million lines of code and several 100.000 automated test cases.
With your strong background in the latest SW, DevOps, and automation technologies & practices you will work closely together with our SW R&D development teams, our system test department, and the CI/CD infrastructure colleagues to automate manual processes wherever possible. You will directly contribute to the success of the Advantest V93000 ATE platform.

Join a team of experienced SW engineers and test experts who aim towards a common goal - Analyze existing applications, processes, and workflows and identify potential for automation to reduce execution times and integration feedback loops
- Implement automation solutions to enable continuous code quality metrics and coverage data generation
- Analyze existing manual regression tests and implement solutions for the transformation to fully automated regression tests
- Implement solutions to enable quick and context sensitive feedback on code smells and test coverage gaps for individual modules and components
- Automate SW deployment, provisioning, and configuration for a large test infrastructure using state of the art IaC tools
- Implement solutions to automatically report and visualize test results to improve transparency of test execution on all layers
- Implement data visualization solutions for huge data set using existing industry standards tools
- Continuously improve, adapt, and enhance the automation solutions
- Extend interfaces of existing data bases and web services and as required by your solution
