As Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Hardware (SQE) you will be part of the Program Management Team, responsible to develop, steer and maintain the quality management system processes for our products in a cross-functional environment. Your fields of work will include (but may not be limited to):
- Develop, manage, and maintain all QA processes, plans and procedures necessary to guide our project teams and ensure delivery of high quality products with focus on the hardware
- monitor closely the quality of products and processes as required by the customer requirements
- Strive to improve all aspects of the hardware and system level quality within the working environment and increase teams’ working knowledge by ensuring the team understand their responsibilities with regards to hardware QA
- Ensure the project activities comply and are performed with latest quality standards and procedures.
- Help identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities within the quality management system.
- Help to implement the use of quality management tools to improve processes and work closely with the project teams
- Perform quality inspections of the projects as part of the major milestones, report KPIs
- Perform and moderate the non-conformance report process in house
The Senior Quality Assurance Hardware Engineer reports directly to the PMO Management.
