As Project Manager (PM) you will be part of the Program Management Team, responsible for developing, steering and maintaining our realization projects in a cross-functional environment. Your fields of work will include (but may not be limited to):
- Supervision, leading and coordinating projects to obtain maximum customer satisfaction and financial efficiency. You will provide project related leadership, guidance, and feedback to the functions contributing to the project. The PM will act in a cost sensitive manner and take responsibility for a successful product ramp-up and business case.
- The PM will define procedures to improve the project management flow, define respective tooling and will provide regular status reports including risk analysis.
- She/He will provide consultancy for project management and maintain a close link to HW, SW, product quality, Test & Validation and other disciplines and will work with the different product generation teams to resolve issues hindering to achieve the project and program objectives.
- The PM negotiates scope and timelines and manages dependencies to support the launch and success of a product. He/She needs to be a continual learner in technologies and processes and strive to discover new approaches to solving complex problems.
- He/she engages in architecture conversations and peer around corners to help teams understand the implications of design decisions.
The Technical Program Manager reports directly to PMO Management.
