You are responsible for the licensing operating model from a company and customer point of view. You drive the execution of the product strategy and manage the requirements to improve the product performance across the product lifecycle.
- Responsible for success of the licensing product in terms of customer satisfaction, value add and seamless customer experience as well as operational excellence & cost efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the definition of the overall product strategy that ensures the success of our licensing products worldwide and drive its execution on a process and technical level
- Own and shape the required operating model for the Licensing product
- Work with product manager and platform owner to translate the product roadmap and communication plan into detailed implementation and rollout plans; ensure collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
- Program manage the execution of the product roadmap, which includes the implementation of product features, the improvement initiatives of the underlying support model & processes as well as technical platform enhancements
- Detail and specify customer and internal requirements for product enhancements; ensure the translation of high-level product requirements into detailed use cases and technical features delivery the required benefits
- Close collaboration with the teams in Licensing, Sales, Product Marketing and Business Development as well as R&D to drive product performance and customer satisfaction
- Drive process management for the operating model (including 3rd parties) and its processes as process owner and establish clear processes, service levels, roles and responsibilities and success metrics
