Performance Digital / AI - Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

• Define and implement strategies to keep and grow our market share in the high performance compute / AI market space.
• You will
  • Coordinate the global activities (both sales & technical) in this market segment
  • Facilitate knowledge exchange across regions
  • Plan & conduct focus group meetings
  • Be the go-to person for all questions in this market space for our internal customer (primarily sales).
• You will be working closely with the WW performance digital business director, the respective application manager, product marketing, R&D and most importantly the WW sales organization in this market segment
• This is an ideal position for someone with broad know-how in semiconductor test / ATE, who wants to develop further and grow.

Must:

Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Knowledge of semiconductor test, ATE, semiconductors, electronics and the associated industry.

At least basic understanding of marketing concepts, ideally in a B2B environment of technical industries.

Solid presentation skills (i.e. ability to present complex technical facts in easy to understand ways).

Enthusiasm to continuously learn in the area of ATE, electronics, semiconductors and related business areas.

Willing to challenge the status quo, think “out of the box”

Excellent communication skills (i.e. open attitude, ability to listen, be able to convince others)

Fluent English – spoken and written.

“Self starter”, who can quickly work without constant supervision.

Ability to collaborate across different departments and multiple geographical regions.

Willingness to travel (~4x /year, more over time).

Want:

Experience in using / understanding V93000 or other ATE system

Experienced semiconductor industry leader in digital area

Solid experience in marketing and/or sales related aspect in the semiconductor industry
