You will be leading a software group of 15 to 25 Software Engineers. The group is structured in several scrum teams responsible for distinct software areas of the V93000 test system. This includes software as well as test development.
Main tasks:
- Direct disciplinary management of the entire Common Instruments team
- Coach and empower the scrum teams to fully deploy and live the agile practices of Scrum and SAFe
- Provide orientation (Vision, Strategy and Goals) and guide the teams to live our company values (Advantest Integrity) and optimally deliver customer value
- Technical guidance and coaching of the team members regarding state of the art and Advantest PM&T for SW development
- Define personal development targets for your team members and support them to achieve these through coaching, delegation and training
- Establish a strong feedback culture: continuous open dialog with employees
- Lead by example and inspire your teams to continuously develop and improve their strengths / skills / qualities
- Support knowledge sharing in the development teams and within the organization
- Support and help people to resolve conflicts and overcome impediments
- Close collaboration with other stakeholders (agile project roles, line managers, regional leaders etc.)
- Based on product roadmap define team growth needs, manage external partners, plan budget and manage expenses
- Handle vacation plan, salary increases and bonus, performance reviews
