Global Process Architect

As part of the global transformation, you will shape global supply chain processes that
scale to our growing businesses and their need.

• Act as a process consultant to partner effectively with business users to achieve
  desired outcomes and design appropriate solutions
• Work with business and process experts across the globe to develop scalable
  processes that serve local needs as well as global goals
• Lead the required process changes and support the business users on their
  adoption journey
• Develop a fit for purpose sustainable and agile process environment with a
  pragmatic governance approach
• Mentor business users on process ownership and drive a culture of continuous
  improvement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or comparable.
• Experience leading process transformation in Operations and Supply Chain
  Management
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
• Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. German is a plus
• Business or process analyst certification such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0,
  SCOR, Babok
• Self-starter with analytical mindset and emotional intelligence
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and demand planning processes
  preferred, ideally experience in a manufacturing environment
