Advantest Human Capital organization manages all aspects of the employee experience and is looking for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic global environment and strives for continuous improvement.
This position focuses on building strong Compensation and Performance Management solutions for the organization and works in close partnership with the Human Capital teams companywide.
- Manage the development, implementation, and administration of Advantest Compensation (non-tariff), which includes coordinating the annual salary reviews, overseeing participation in compensation benchmark surveys, administering the job position evaluation and performing salary benchmark analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges.
- Measure the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and elaborate recommendations to Human Capital Leadership Team consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
- Maintain job and salary structures in the HRIS system and conduct ad-hoc compensation analysis by compiling, interpreting, and presenting data to key stakeholders.
- Assist and advise Human Capital management and operation teams on all relevant aspects of global compensation and related processes.
- Manage the development and implementation of Advantest Performance Management, including performance evaluation, salary review, and promotion processes.
- Oversee the maintenance of company’s Performance Management tool, identify areas for operational improvements and support the implementation of solutions in collaboration with Information Technology.
- Contribute to new initiatives to continuously optimize Human Capital programs and technology solutions, requiring working with other departments and across different regions.
