Global Business Architect

As part of the global transformation, you will establish the foundations for our global supply chain catering for our growing businesses and their needs.

• Act as a business consultant to partner effectively with business users to achieve desired outcomes and design appropriate solutions
• Work with business, process, data, and solution experts across the globe to develop a sustainable agile operating model with business technology that serves global goals as well as local needs
• Implement a pragmatic and lean global governance layer and maintain it
• Lead the required changes and support the business users on their adoption journey
• Mentor business leaders on the required organizational development

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or comparable.
• Experience leading major transformation in Operations and Supply Chain Management
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
• Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. German is a plus
• Extensive operational and supply chain knowledge with a clear view of the bigger picture
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and demand planning processes preferred, ideally experience in a manufacturing environment
• Healthy mix of process and data experience, technical affinity (ERP, MRP), transformation talents and methodology skills
• Self-starter with analytical mindset and ability to bring people together
