Frontend Developer (m/f/d)

At our site in Böblingen, Germany, we are looking for a Frontend Developer (m/f/d) to design and implement web frontends that provide great user experience and follow cloud-native principles. As part of a highly skilled and professional team, you will take over end-to-end responsibility from design to operations and play an important role in a growing and evolving environment:

• You will be part of an agile development team and actively participate in backlog grooming, planning meetings, development, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• You drive the UI and UX design of web frontends and provide viable input to Backend API design
• You implement features to match requirements, acceptance criteria and fit into existing interface designs
• You ensure high code quality with pair programming, code reviews, coding standards and unit tests
• You support other developers with guidance and knowledge exchange

• Proven professional experience in modern web development with an eye for good design and a sense for great usability
• Expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 with demonstrated ability to create Single-Page Applications with React and Next.js
• Experience in designing and using REST APIs with OpenAPI
• A high sense for quality and testing experience with Jest, Cypress, Playwright or similar
• Demonstrated ability to deliver features from design to go-live
• Proven expertise to setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines in either Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild or similar
• Experience with using Docker and docker-compose for development environments
• At least basic understanding of web security: XSS, CSRF, CORS, OWASP Top 10
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
