As Data Analyst you will be part of the Program Management Team, responsible to derive insights from data and to use it for steering and decision making in our product development and support processes. Your fields of work will include (but may not be limited to):
- Business Intelligence (BI): Data definition and analysis
- Creating industry typical standards and methodologies for analysis and working with data
- Provide consulting services on usage of services & tools like Exensio, Power BI, Tableau, Redshift, ...
- Set up and maintain data dashboards
- Provide analytical project-based support for stakeholders
- Act as a sparring partner for product analytics and analytics in other organization units
- Lead creation and maintenance of Data Management & Governance standards, guidelines, and best practices in the business unit
- Oversee the implementation of data governance tools as required, including data quality, data catalogues, data lineage, data analysis etc. to support data governance decisions
The Data Analyst reports directly to PMO Management.
